I also know some basic function of Adobe Illustrator.
For hardware, I know about RAM.

I believe  that technology must be incorporated in teaching and learning process for two reasons:

• The teaching and learning process will be fun and interactive
• It helps teachers to meet students' learning styles. (eg: Visual and Auditory)
